If you’re looking for deep conversations, no gatekeeping, practical advice all with a little bit of chaos, you’re in the right place.

And feeling ALL the feels. Because business is a wild ride, at all stages. So if you need an extra dose of inspo, a soft landing or just a moment to unwind you are SO welcome here.

You've been listening. You know you need to do this. And you're still not registered for Friday. I don't think that's because you need more information — I think it's because you're not sure whether this is actually for you. In this episode I'm giving you three honest questions to sit with. Answer yes to any of them and I genuinely think you need to be in that room on the 19th.
IN THIS EPISODE:
- Why having an idea that's been sitting for months — or years — is not a sign you don't want it badly enough
- The real reason so many therapists freeze when it comes to pricing, naming, and talking about their offer
- Why a digital offer that didn't work before isn't a sign the idea was wrong — and what it actually means
- What The Freedom Therapist Offer Method™ is and why Mia built it
- Why the five notebooks she had before launching her first offer is more relatable than you think
- What Saturday morning could actually look like if you show up live on Friday
- Why the live experience is the only way to walk away with the AI Launch Bundle — and what that means for getting your offer out into the world fast
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- The idea has never been the problem — the gap between the idea and the thing that actually exists in the world is where most therapists get stuck, and that gap has a process. Friday is the process.
- Freezing on pricing, naming, and messaging is not a confidence problem — it's what happens when you're trying to do something nobody ever taught you how to do. The practical how-to is exactly what the workshop covers.
- A launch that didn't land is almost never about the idea — nine times out of ten it's a messaging or positioning problem, and having the right framework changes everything.
- Done is the goal, not perfect — by Saturday morning, live attendees walk away with their offer built AND all the copy to launch it written. The window between building and selling has never been this small.

Welcome to the Freedom Therapist Podcast. Your safe space to learn and unlearn all the things about scaling your business without losing yourself in the process. I'm your heart, May of Puckle Povich, a previously vented mental health occupational therapist and business owner who found her way to fall back in love with business and life all over again. Because success doesn't have to come at the cost of your freedom. You're going to get so much chat, a lot of energy, and of course, a little bit of chaos because it comes with the territory. I can't wait. Hello, hello. Quick little note before we jump in today. This Friday, 19th of June, 9 30 a.m. WA Perth Time, we are going live. 90 minutes, we are building your first digital therapy resource together in that room from idea to price to delivery, ready to sell. And if you are there live, you're also going to walk away with all of your marketing and messaging copy for your offer as well. It is the most incredible workshop I have ever, ever created. I'm so excited to run it. I think at the time of recording, we have 489 people already in there. And we've kept the free spots going a little bit longer because I just am so obsessed with how much you guys are loving this too. The link is in the show notes, but if you want to jump in right now, you can go to www.thefreedomtherapist.com.au forward slash masterclass. I'm not sure when we're going to stop the free spots. Could be today, could be tomorrow. So if you want one of those free spots, get in there. It's going to be so, so good. Okay, let's dive into today's episode. Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Freedom Therapist Podcast. I'm Mia, I'm your host, and I am literally jumping out of my skin excited to be here with you today. Because if you have been listening for the last few weeks, we have been deep in it. The resource audit, the money beliefs, we've talked about process gaps. We have been going deeper and deeper on scaling beyond the one-to-one. And we talked a little bit about why you can write a session plan in 15 minutes and why so many of us have been sitting on our digital therapy offers for six months, a year, two years, three years. You can go back to last week's episode. I shared my story on that as well. But it has been such a good couple of weeks that I have loved being in this series with you. And today I wanted to do something a little bit different because Friday is two days away. And I know that some of you have been listening every single week and you might still not be registered. And I don't think that's because you need more information. I think it's because perhaps we're not sure whether Friday is actually for us. And in the bigger concept of this, it is who am I to start a digital therapy offer? Who am I to launch something beyond the one-to-one? Is this the path for me? And so today I wanted to give you three questions, three honest questions. And I want you to really sit with them because these could change so much for you and your business. So, question one Do you have an idea that you have been sitting on? Maybe it's been a few weeks, maybe it's been months, maybe it's been years. The kind of idea where you're you've got a little bit of a concept, you do something really well in the work that you do, or you love an area of the work that you want to be able to do. Maybe you even know what you call it, maybe you've told a friend about it, and it's still just sitting there. Maybe you take little notes on it. You have a little notebook. I had five notebooks before I launched my first offer. Slay Mia, well done. Um, but maybe you've got a little notebook, maybe you've got a little Google Doc, and it's still just sitting there, accumulating ideas. And I really want to say this is not a sign that you don't want it badly enough. This is what happens when we have a real idea and no process for getting it out of our head and into the world. The idea is not the problem, it's never been the problem. But the gap between the idea and the thing that actually exists in the real world, that is the problem. And that process is exactly what we're going through on Friday from start to finish. But for so many of us, because we've sat on the idea for so long, sometimes we think maybe I need to think about it a bit more, maybe I need to do some more training, maybe I need to get clearer on my idea. And I would argue that that thought process is what is delaying you getting this offer, this resource out into the world. And that is one of those reasons that I would 100% recommend showing up on Friday. Now, question number two Do you know what you would build, but have no idea what to charge, what to call it, how to talk about it, how to deliver it in a way that makes people want to buy it? Maybe you've been working in this space for years, you've got heaps of experience, but you're like, I don't really know the online space so well, or I just want to know the tech, or I just want to know what platform you use, or I just have a quick question about this. And I think this is also really common. I don't think we talk about this enough because there is a fear in all of us that we don't know enough. You know your people need it. You've been delivering the same things for years, potentially at this stage as well. But the moment we sit down and try and work out the press, write out the description, write out the landing page, the sales page, the emails, the content, figure out what to call it, we freeze up. And so it stays in the folder because it feels safer being a half-built idea than actually getting it out into the world and failing. And this is something that I see so often. I work with so many therapists who come into my world who have amazing skills, but it's just getting it over the line. And this was a really big part in developing the practicality of Friday's workshop because I see this so often. And this is one of the reasons why I see us sit on our ideas for so long as well. Friday is going to be the practical. We sit down together, we go through it from start to finish because I am so, I just don't want to see any more therapists sitting on these ideas that could literally be changing not only the world, not only their clients' lives, but also their lives as well. And when we are able to move through this stuff and we're able to have a process, when we're able to move through it with fast action, we're almost like almost all the time we get to the other end and we're like, wow, that actually wasn't so bad. I built it up to be really, really scary. And this is so relevant because so often we can build this up in our head. We can feel really big, it can feel really scary. But then once we've actually done the thing, we're like, wow, that was actually fine. I survived, I kind of enjoyed it, and I'm ready to do it again. And I think this is such an important part, and that is exactly why I'm going like full, complete, honest, every tech, every process, everything that I do when I'm creating a digital therapy offer so that you can literally replicate it in your business too. And then the third one I want to speak to is question three. This is for the people who have been here before. Maybe we've tried to build something before, maybe it didn't land the way we'd hoped, or it just felt like so much work. And so we didn't come back to it. And I know that we are marketing this workshop to say your first digital therapy resource, but if you've marketed one before, if you've built one before and it just didn't work the way you wanted it to, Friday's workshop is going to be so valuable for you because I need you to know that if you launch a digital therapy resource and it doesn't work, it's not a sign that your idea was wrong or that it wasn't for you. Nine times out of 10, it's actually a messaging problem or a positioning problem, or we didn't really have the framework to be able to launch it. And once we have those structural foundations, we are literally 10 steps ahead because we already have the idea, or we already have the offer, or we already have the bones of the offer. It is the method that we can get tripped up on so much. And the Freedom Therapist offer method is something that I go through in great detail on Friday. You get the workbook, you get all the things, and it exists because I needed it to exist. Because myself, I spent so long just thinking about these ideas, so long sitting on them, thinking about what could go wrong, thinking about what if I didn't know enough, thinking about the judgment, thinking about everything under the sun. What if I picked the wrong tech? What if I made the wrong choice? What if I did this the different way? And I see so many therapists, brilliant therapists, build things that either nobody buys or that we think aren't going to work or that we sit on for too long, not because it's not brilliant, but because we don't have that framework on how to position it, how to price it, how to talk about it in a way that makes our community go, oh my God, I need this. And that is what Friday is for. Because whether you have that idea, whether you're stuck on like the method or the framework or how to get it out into the world, whether you've done it before and it didn't go the way you wanted, Friday's workshop is for you. So here's what I want you to imagine for a moment. It's Saturday morning, you've had your coffee, you're sitting there and you hear that little ka-ching, ka-ching. We know the sound because on Friday, you created a digital therapy offer and it is now selling to your community, and people are buying it. People are buying it. They want to be in that world because it has been developed with such a sound process. You feel really good about it, you feel really proud about it, and you have your digital offer out in the world. It is named, it is priced, it has incredible messaging copy, it has a full landing sales page written, all your launch posts are written, you have a 14-day email sequence ready to go, all of it done before the weekend is over. And this is so attainable, this is so possible. This is exactly what showing up live on Friday is going to give you. At the time of recording this, we had 485 people who are going to be in that room. The free spots are still open at this stage, and I genuinely don't know how many are going to be left by the time you're hearing this. But if you are thinking about this, if you are considering it, get in there and get your spot. There will be a replay for four days afterwards, but you will there will be a replay for four days afterwards, but you will only get the AI bundle, which does all of your messaging, all of your marketing if you are there live. So please be there live, guys. Honestly, this workshop is gonna be the best thing we've ever, ever released. I am just beyond excited to have it out into the world, but it could also literally change your life. It could literally change your life, it could change the way you work, it could change your income. It did for me, and it has for so many of my clients. So I hope you loved today's episode as much as I did. I hope you feel a little bit inspired, a little bit energized, and I so hope that I see you on Friday. I would love nothing more than to have you in the room with me. It's gonna be such a special workshop. I know we're gonna have so many incredible humans in there. I've seen some of your names coming through, and I am just in awe of who is gonna be in that room. I can't wait. Get in there, all the details are in the show notes, and I will see you on Friday!
